(SAP) Global Solution Owner MM, Logistics and WM (m/f/d)

What you will create
- Oversee and assess Materials Management, Logistics and Warehousing BCA-specific demands raised by the business owners
- Consult with Global Business Process Owners to assess and anticipate current & future capability requirements (IT-perspective) and develop a long-term plan
- Identifiy solutions for raised demands and contribute to the definition of business cases for resulting initiatives
- Define and manage the solution portfolio for the BCA
- Prioritize initiatives and resolve prioritization conflicts among stakeholders and product owners
- Drive solution’s standardization
- Steer Product Owners/Solution Architects activities and priorities to deliver projects and run related services
- Oversee Budget & KPIs for IT Projects and Operations for the solutions in scope of the business capability area
- Define, track, and communicate business capability specific KPIs to improve the solution portfolio adoption and performance
- Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models as well as to improve business outcomes
- Provide demands/needs to other groups (e.g. SAP, Digital, Analytics) to plan appropriate capacity allocation for projects
- Connect regularly with Regional/Divisional IT Leads to align on needs and priorities
Your profile
- +8 years of business capability-related experience
- +3 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to develop and deliver long-term vision and technology roadmaps for a specific capability area
- Ability to manage quality of service of the product/solution KPIs
- Ability to effectively manage teams and maintain lines of communication through organizational change
- Competence to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including business executives and technology experts
- Ability to propose and estimate the financial impact of alternatives solutions
- Excellent planning and organizational skill, ability to manage multiple projects with various milestones and deadlines
- Knowledge of service engineering and architecture
- Strong Business understanding; know business processes and links technology to business outcomes, based on industry best practices
- Proven experience in process and technology landscape specific to Materials Management, Logistics and Warehousing area
- Excellent functional and technical skills in WMS systems and integrate systems
- Professional experience of processes & technologies in regulated / pharma environment
- Good Knowledge of general SAP environment & connected systems
- Excellent understanding of application design and development methodologies
- Consolidated experience in project delivery (entire lifecycle) incl. transition to operations
- Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
