Junior Manager Management Reporting / Corporate Controlling (m/f/d)

The Management Reporting / Corporate Controlling department is driving the Management Reporting financial reporting process within Group. Starting with various important consolidation tasks (Monthly Reporting, Latest Estimate, Forecasts and Budget) and reporting towards the FSE Group followed by analysis for the Management Board the Management Reporting / Corporate Controlling department is also responsible for preparing data for internal and external communication.

In this context, we are looking for a new colleague to strengthen the Management Reporting / Corporate Controlling department at the headquarter in Germany, while you will be located in Wroclaw, Poland. You can expect exciting, versatile, and challenging tasks in an international and dynamic environment including tasks and projects within your own responsibility and you will work in close collaboration with the German team. Your assignments

• Monthly, quarterly and year-end closing 
• Forecast and Budget Preparation
• Provision of data for internal and external communication
• Detailed plan/actuals comparisons and variance analysis
• Participation in the annual Org and Price Restatement
• Special ad-hoc analysis
• Support of local controllers
• Development and Optimization of reporting tools and controlling processes
• Participation in the creation of Management Board Presentations
• Project work

Your profile

• Successfully completed business studies (master’s degree) or equivalent qualification
• First professional experience in Controlling (1-2 Years)
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
• Good knowledge in SAP BI/BW, BCS, AFO would be ideal but not a necessity
• Strong English skills (written and spoken) 
• Structured working method as well as analytic-conceptual thinking ability
• High degree of initiative
• Very good communication skills
• Independent working
• Cross-divisional thinking
• Ability to work in multinational teams
• Ability to work under pressure
• Pronounced numerical understanding
