Global Business Process Owner HR Solutions (m/f/d)

You oversee the global solution portfolio for HR Technology topics and you will be the first point to the IT colleagues. You know what a successful implementation of new software means, you have done that. You are also capable to translate HR needs and communicate them to IT colleagues. Then we should talk asap. Because that is a once in a life time possibility.  

What you will create

  • Be the global HR Business Process Owner (GBPO) for all HR technology topics and first contact to our IT colleagues
  • Analyze, design, document business processes required to be supported by technology solutions, with focus on increasing process consistency, process harmonization and solution standardization globally
  • Orchestrate collection of use cases, user requirements and organizational enablement factors needed to define future processes and solutions
  • Drive the respective change management and transition within HR
  • Lead and manage key HR technology initiatives from an HR perspective (such as Employee Master Data, a new HRIT platform, HR automation topics) with a focus on global HR processes, roles and responsibilities
  • Support the strategic roadmap planning of the HR transformation underpinned by technological solutions and automation
  • Secure governance for all HR technology solutions to ensure transparency of needed changes and priorities
  • Identify capability and process improvements which will contribute to the achievement of the #OneHR strategy
  • Consult the global HR Leadership Team regarding the integration of local and new global HR technology solutions
  • Ensure on time, budget and high-quality project deliverables and high stakeholder satisfaction
  • Build and maintain constructive and impactful relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Manage all HR technology projects from an HR perspective and ensure stakeholder involvement on management, employees and workers council (including education concepts)

 

Your profile

  • +5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with implementation of global projects 
  • Sound IT understanding and experience in the implementation of HR related technology topics, such as SuccessFactors or other technologies
  • Proven track record in handling global HR technology projects 
  • Broad understanding of local and global HR processes and an affinity to HR-related technology topics 
  • Familiar with working in large, complex matrix organizations  
  • Strong communication / change management skills towards different target groups and solution orientation
  • Can deal with complexity, has strong analytical skills and excellent coordination abilities
  • University degree (master or equivalent), preferably in economics, HR or a comparable field of study 

  • Fluent in German and English
